- Managing the Teams conversation area during a meeting
- Navigating the MS Teams environment
- Sending IM to colleagues and make a Teams call
- Scheduling a Teams meeting
- Troubleshooting audio problems
- Connect to Wi-Fi for agile working (optional: Hotspot)
Online training will be delivered via MS Teams. You will receive joining instructions before your selected session
On successful completion of this course you will be able to:
