- Scheduling a Teams meeting
- Troubleshooting audio problems
- Connect to Wi-Fi for agile working (optional: Hotspot)
Online training will be delivered via MS Teams. You will receive joining instructions before your selected session
On successful completion of this course you will be able to:
- Join an existing MS Team meeting
- To communicate to other participants using the chat feature
- Know how to update your status
- Schedule online meetings via MS Teams
- Know how to troubleshoot communication problems
