This training is aimed at staff who require a refresher on clinical coding and data entry or for new members of staff who will be undertaking clinical coding as part of their daily role.
The session is derived of two segments: A presentation and overview of clinical coding followed by a
demonstration on EMIS.
Ensure delegates feel competent to undertake Coding in General Practice by:
- Understanding the principles of coding
- Becoming familiar with the structure of SNoMed Terms
- How to Search for SNoMed Terms
