The Data Quality will be doing a demo of resources available to assist practices and PCN’s in achieving against indicators and answering any queries delegates have about these areas within the Providing high quality care domain of the PCN DES
To provide trainees the knowledge and skills to:

- Understand the processes
- Analyse the Medical Record
- Scrutinise the medical record
- Code Information onto the clinical record
- Use the problem management
- Produce an Up to Date Summarised patient record
