  • Access to IT Self Service Portal
  • Registration for first time use
  • Add a new Incident
  • Create a new request for New Starters, Smart Cards, New Equipment and Leavers
  • Tracking an Existing call
  • Checking on a Resolved call
  • Access to Useful Links

Online training will be delivered via MS Teams. You will receive joining instructions before your selected session

At the end of the session the delegates will be able to access the IT Self Service Portal to log incidents and check on existing and resolved support calls.
