- Start an Unscheduled Meeting
- Set up a Scheduled Meeting
- Join a Scheduled Meeting
- Join a Scheduled Meeting that does not appear on the Touchscreen Room Console
- Be able to access the Microsoft Teams Rooms equipment
- Run Online sessions inviting users in and outside the meeting room and online
