Print a Clinical Template if you want to read and see all the questions and answers used within the template:

1. Go to Resource Publisher
2. Find and Select the clinical Template that you wish to print
3. Click the "Print" icon in the Ribbon
4. Select "Template"
5. The Template document will launch
6. Click "Print" in bottom right
