Clinical Views enables you to view a patient's Care Record data at a glance and provides important clinical information and decision support at the point of care.

It shows a patient's Referrals data in a modern user interface, when using EMIS-X side-by-side with EMIS Web.

Access Coded History

1. 1. Open Clinical Views from the EMIS-X menu.
   2. Select Coded history.

   

View Coded History

1. Open Clinical Views > Coded history from the EMIS-X menu.
2. Select the Coded Description of the relevant entry.
   The entry is displayed with more information, for example Value, in the Detailed view pane to the right.

Icon key

Icon	Description
	A confidentiality policy has been applied to an entry.
	Online Visibility has been restricted for an entry, so it is not visible to the patient in their online services.
	Abnormal result warning.
