How can I learn?

All the learning materials and eLearning will be available online through the Digital Learning Solutions website.

What can I study?

You can study the Microsoft Applications, Word, Excel PowerPoint and Outlook.  There are also some additional courses on MS Teams, Digital Skills, Twitter and LinkedIn.

What is the course length?

From past experience with eLearning courses, we recommend that you complete the study within three months.

Are there any course pre-requisites?

You need to feel confident accessing the internet and using Windows on the computer.

How much will it cost?

The eLearning is FREE.

How is the course delivered?

It is available wherever you have internet access and you will have support from the IT Training Team if needed.

Are there assessments?

There are post course and diagnostic assessments available for each section of the modules for the course.
