MLCSU - AVA Chatbot

AVA Chatbot

MLCSU have recently gone live with a new chatbot (AVA) for raising IT incidents and requests. This is to offer more self-help and instant solutions to problems rather than having to log calls and wait.

This service offers a multitude of self-help articles and videos within AVA itself, which will grow over time, it offers access to smart forms for standard requests such as new user & equipment requests and it gives you the ability to chat with a member of the service desk directly to log issues.  ICB testing has been completed and we are now rolling out AVA for all corporate users.

This link has been made available to you all on your desktops.  It will also very shortly be included on the self-service portal.
