Administrators

The University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay (UHMB) have produced an Admin Tool that manages access for practice staff, i.e. setting up / removing users and conversation administration.  Please see attached guide....

Administrators need to be added to the A & G Admins Group which will enable automatic download of the Admin Tool shortcut to desktop.  Certain staff at your practice may already be setup as Advice & Guidance Administrators, to setup new users with a login and to remove access for staff that leave your practice.  This is all carried out via the Advice & Guidance Admin Tool which is accessed by downloading the application (tool) using the following link:

Clinicians

The University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay (UHMB) have produced a guide for referring clinicians on the process of generating an Advice & Guidance request.  MLCSU IT Training Team has mirrored the necessary steps in the following training video.

The first time a user accesses Advice & Guidance from EMIS, they will be required to enter their Windows username and password which they use to logon to their computer.  They will also need to ensure they select the LCSU domain from the dropdown list.

Please access the following guidance on how to use the Tool....

Finally if you do experience issues with the above link or the system, please contact: MLCSU IT Service Desk: Online Request Forms / Sostenuto self-service portal / AVA Chatbot / 0300 555 0212
